Placing an order with Memory Card is simple. Follow these steps:

  • Browse: Explore our range of cards and select the one that suits the occasion.
  • Personalise: Add your personal message and preview your card.
  • Add to Basket: Once you're happy, add the card to your basket.
  • Checkout: Enter the recipient's delivery address and your payment details.
  • Confirm: Review your order and place it. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

Delivery times vary depending on your chosen delivery method. All times below apply to orders placed before 1:00 pm:

  • Standard UK Delivery: Royal Mail 1-3 business days
  • Tracked UK Delivery: Royal Mail 1-3 business days
  • Standard International Delivery: Royal Mail 6-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. We recommend placing your order with extra time to spare during these busy periods.


Are there any additional fees when placing an order?

The price you see on the product page includes the cost of the card and personalisation. The following additional fees may apply at checkout:

  • Postage & Packaging: A postage fee is applied based on your chosen delivery option and destination.
  • International Surcharge: Orders shipped outside the UK may incur an additional postage surcharge.

All applicable fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.


How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account and navigating to Orders. Each order will display one of the following statuses:

  • Processing: We've received your order and are preparing it.
  • In Production: Your card is being printed and prepared for dispatch.
  • Dispatched: Your order has been sent and is on its way.

If you have any concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally via Royal Mail Standard International Delivery, which typically takes 6-10 business days for orders placed before 1:00 pm.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.


What is your return and exchange policy?

Because our cards are personalised to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer exchanges unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order reference number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

We'll assess the situation and work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement card or a refund.


How can I view my order history?

Your full order history is available in your account. Simply log in and navigate to Orders to see a list of all past and current orders, including order dates, item details, delivery addresses, and statuses.

From this section, you can also reorder a previously placed card, which is a great time-saver for recurring occasions.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order provided it has not yet entered the production phase. To cancel, log in to your account, go to Orders, select the relevant order, and choose Cancel.

If your order has already entered production or needs amending, you will need to contact us directly at support@memory-card.co.uk and we will do our best to assist with your request, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made at that stage. We therefore recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirming your order.


What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if your order hasn't arrived as expected. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order reference number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll investigate and aim to resolve the issue swiftly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
