How do I create an account?
Creating a Memory Card account is quick and free. Here's how:
- Click the Sign Up or Register button in the top navigation bar.
- Enter your name, email address, and a secure password.
- Agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Click Create Account.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and follow the link to verify your address.
Once verified, you'll be able to log in and start browsing, ordering, and scheduling cards straight away.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Click Log In in the navigation bar.
- Select Forgot Password? below the login form.
- Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
- Choose a new secure password and confirm it.
If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team for assistance.
How can I update my account details?
You can update your account details at any time by logging in and visiting your Account Details section. From here, you can:
- Update your name and email address
- Change your password
- Update your user preferences
Changes to your email address will require re-verification via a confirmation email sent to your new address.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your newsletter?
You can manage your newsletter preferences from your Account Details under the User Preferences section. Simply toggle the newsletter subscription on or off as you prefer.
Is my personal information secure on your website?
Yes. Protecting your personal data is a top priority for us. We use SSL encryption across our entire website to ensure all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is secure. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion at any time. You can do this directly from your Account Settings by clicking Delete Account, or by contacting our support team at support@memory-card.co.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 5 working days.
Upon deletion, your account will be made inactive, meaning you will no longer be able to log in or use our services. If you change your mind, please contact us and we will do our best to reactivate your account.
Please note that we reserve the right to not permanently delete all data associated with inactive accounts where necessary to maintain the integrity of our systems. You will be notified before any permanent deletion takes place. Any active scheduled orders may still be fulfilled if they have already entered production at the time of your request.
Why am I not receiving emails from you?
If you're not receiving emails from us, please try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder: Our emails may have been filtered by your email provider.
- Add us to your safe senders list: Add support@memory-card.co.uk to your contacts or safe senders to ensure our emails reach your inbox.
